Time of transition

Can you believe we're already saying goodbye to August?
As we pack away our pool noodles and start eyeing those pumpkin spice lattes (too soon?), we wanted to take a hot minute to connect with you. The long, lazy days of summer are quickly shifting to the bustling, beautiful chaos of September.
Let's take a minute to transition intentionally in three easy steps:
1. Reflection Time
Now's the perfect time to curl up with your chai tea and reflect on what the past month brought you. Did you discover a new patience level you didn't know existed? Perhaps you found joy in the small moments, like that imperfectly perfect homemade popsicle mess. What was hard? What was glorious? What was BOTH?
2. Plan Ahead with Excitement
When the months change, often so do the rhythms of your day. Many kids are going back to school, but even if yours are at home, we're willing to bet your routine could use a refresh!
Use your reflection findings from "step 1" to inspire a new family rhythm that works better in this season.
3. Lean on Each Other
Take time to connect with another mom in your same season or stage today to ask how she's handling her house these days, and maybe invite her over to yours to walk through it together.
Here's to closing out August with gratitude and stepping into September empowered and ready for the beauty it has for us.
Sending you all the love, courage and bedtime stories that don't make us too sleepy.
